INTRODUCTION
Today, as we can see, some people do not care about a good lifestyle at all. Too many cases about obesity, hypertension, heart diseases and so on. Moreover, some people also take drugs, drink an alcohol and involve in social cases because they want to release tension and hope their problems will gone by the wind. It is true that food can give us energy and nutrients, but if take it in wrongly proportion, it will become a harmful to us and can case many diseases. Most of people like to eat an oily food and fast food. They choose fast food because now days  people are busy with their work and do not have enough time to cook by themselves. So the best way to get a fast and delicious food is buy the food at the fast food restaurant such as KFC, MacDonald and many more. It is no problem to find the fast food restaurant because every country have it. Fast food is not good for our health. We have to eat based on pyramid food in order to get a balanced diet. As students, they always forgot to spend their time to have exercises. What they know, they have to study hard to score in their examination. It is not good to study without exercise because it will make our brain become lumpy and cannot think extraordinary and creatively. So, we must have a regular exercise to make our mind fresh and have a good stamina. Therefore, we will  not feel sleepily in class and can give 100%  in class. Now days, students are willing to burning the midnight oil to do revision, study or do their assignment. They should manage their time properly so they can get enough sleep. Besides, some student love to be in their own world without anybody. They tend to be quiet and do not want to talk to anybody. For me, this is not cool at all.

WHY I CHOOSE THIS ARTICLE
It is because, now we have to take care ourselves by practice a good lifestyle. It is not difficult as we thought. It is very easy and it is depends on by ourselves whether to live in a good life or bad life. I think this is very interesting and very useful to us in order to maintain our life. We have to take care the amount of food that we take everyday, a regular exercise, communication with others and the most important thing to get enough sleep. For food, we have to follow the food pyramid to gain a balanced diet. For example, take large amount at the base part like rice, pasta, bread and do not forget to eat a lot of vegetables and fruits. But take small amount at the upper part of food pyramid because it is contains a lot of fats and it is not for health. Next, a regular exercise is very important for better health. It is not difficult as we thought that we must wake up in the morning and jog at the park. We also can still exercise while we working or studying. For example, we can use stairs to go to the class instead of lift or while sitting on the chair, we can have a simple exercise to make sure body still in a good posture. Besides, we have to communicate with others make friends. Friends are important because we can share our problems with them. So, that we do not face the problems only by ourselves. If we do not share with others and just keep in ourselves it will makes us crazy. As students, we should get enough sleep at least 6 hours per day, so that our mind is fresh and we can concentrate 100% in class.

Sleep is vital to good health and to mental and emotional well-being. The NSF reports that people who don’t get enough slumber are more likely than others to develop psychiatric problems and to use health care services. Plus, sleep deprivation can negatively affect memory, learning and logical reasoning.

Group activities can help keep the mind active and maintain desirable levels of serotonin – the brain chemical associated with mood. Social ties have many benefits, including providing information, instrumental help, emotional support and offering a sense of belonging.
Excercise for Better Health#5: Exercise For Better Health
According to the National Cancer Institute, exercising helps control weight, maintains healthy bones, muscles and joints, reduces risk of developing high blood pressure and diabetes, promotes psychological well-being, reduces risk of death from heart disease and reduces risk of premature death.
The excuses that people often give to not exercise are the precise reasons to exercise. People who say they are too tired or don’t have time to workout don’t realize that exercise gives people more energy and allows them to be more productive with the rest of their time.

OPINION
I think I agree with this article because everyone should live in a healthy life. This article has thought me how to take care ourselves. We want to use our body for a long time, so we have take care of it the best as we can. If we do not take care of it we can get many diseases such as obesity, hypertension and so on. From this article we know to control the amount of food that we should take everyday. Moreover, we can gain that if we do not have a regular exercises we will tired and not feel energetic. Had enough sleep makes us stay alert and refresh our mind. Last but not least, communication skills is very important. Through communication, we can makes friends and share everything to them.

CONCLUSION
As conclusion, we have to practice a healthy habits in order to improve our life. So lets practice it so that our life will be even better than before.

500 days of summer

INTRODUCTION

This movie is about love and life. Tom works at a greeting card company as a card writer. One day, on a meeting, his boss introduces the board room to summer, his new assistant. He fell in love with her beauty at first sight. He tells his best friend  that he likes summer so much. While at first, he plays thing cools, he convinced that she is the one. He spends two weeks to know her well but in awkward attempts to initiate conversation. Things getting better when his best friend invited him to a karaoke by the following evening.  Tom arrives at the bar and saw his best friend  is singing. He sees summer and she seem happy to see him. Summer and Tom become closer when they always spend time together go out and having fun in the city. They share everything what they want to share. Summer’s only pretend Tom as a friend but tom feels more than that. Then they  were apart. And after a few days they met again and tom’s thinking that he still have a chance towards summer. Badly summer is going to married other man. Then he tried to lives without summer till the end. After that, he met autumn on his way to a job interview. Autumn says that she has seen him before at the bench in tom’s favourite spot, which is her favourite spot as well. Tom smiles and introduces himself. She smiles and introduces herself too. Her name is autumn. Then, on the screen, it reads “Day 1”, signifying that this is the first day of his relationship with autumn.

MORAL VALUES

There`s a lot of moral values in this movie. Firstly, don’t give a hope to somebody when you don’t want to take for granted. It can be proven by Summer`s acting to Tom. She treated him very well until Tom feel that Summer`s is the one. Not only that, Summer`s always spent together with Tom make he feel more than that.

Next, don’t lose hope from the one we love because everything happens there`s a reason. Maybe there`s a reason why she`s not for us but it doesn’t mean we are not good enough for her .  For instance, Tom never lose hope in love. Even though, Summer refuse to accept his love, he never lose hope. He still hoping the best from Summer. At the end of the story, his love accepted by other character which is Autumn.

Last but not least, do not expect too much about something that would never belongs to us. Tom hope that after they were met again, after they were apart for a long time, their relationship will getting better. But it’s just a dream. That would never happen because as he looks at summer’s ring, he knows that a dream cannot be a reality. Summer will get married with other man. So, there is no second chance for him to get her back.



THE CHARACTER THAT YOU LOVE THE MOST AND WHY

The character that I love the most is Tom’s little sister, Rachel. Whenever tom is upset, she will makes him explain what happened. She always there for him whether in easiest or hardest time. Comfort him with her advises and her smiles. She is willing to hear Tom’s problem although she is just a kid. Even she is just a kid but she knows to give her fully support to her brother. She also can be categorized as a matured girl who can understand adult’s problem. Without her, I think Tom will lose his hope to survive. She gives his spirit to still survive even without summer. It shows that she love her brother so much.

YOUR OPINION ABOUT THE MOVIE

Basically we know that this movie give us impact on love and hope.  A man seeking for the true love but the women refuse it. Not only that, the man never stop his love until the woman is married with other man.
This movie is good to watch for adults person. Its not suitable for kids or teenage as they are still under age. They shouldn’t watch this movie because some part/ scenes in this movie are too sexually.
Illegal sex should be avoid. Maybe this cases are not touched too much in American lifestyle but in Islamic country its illegal and no sex before they get married.

CONCLUSION

In short, I love this movie and I can concluded that everyone should watch this movie. For those who always failed in love, just be cool. This is God`s plan. Just wait and keep watch. There`s an angel will come to us and show the true of love.

THE POWER OF TIME


Tik tok! Tik tok! Time is move without we notice that. Time is become shorter now. So, we have to do something that can give us benefits.  Time is a gold and it really precious. It never waits us, so we have to chase after it. My mom said that when she was child, during fasting month, it takes a long time to break the fast. But now, an hour is just like a minute. So, it is better for us to plan our lives properly so that our journey become much smooth and we can achieve what we want in our life.

First of all, we have to manage our time properly by prepare a time table. As a student, we usually busy with homework, tests, exercises and examinations. So, each of a student must has their own diary. With this solution, they can manage their time properly. They also can  give something superb and can make other people satisfy on what we are doing. Use our time intelligently to do a revision whether by ourselves or in a group discussion. But doing a group discussion is better than study by ourselves. At least we can share the knowledge that maybe other people did not know about that. So, we did not waste our time to study by ourselves but we did not gain anything from that. In the diary, we can jot down everything. So, if we make a list, it is much easier for us to do our task. And the most important thing is, we can settle our task on time. If there is no diary or time table, our lives will become not proper and it will make us become stress because we cannot settle our job on time. So, please do not delay your work as it can make our life become miserable. It is because we have to settle everything in a short period of time.

Next, use your time to read a book, magazine, journal or anything that we can gain the knowledge from that.  As we can see now, our teenagers do not like to read a book but they even much like to loiter at shopping complex. I think it is better for them to change their narrow minded. From reading we can get a lot of knowledge. As we read many book we can know many new information or knowledge that we do not know before this. From this activity, we cannot easily be fool by other people. They cannot cheat us easily as we know the true facts. There is no disadvantages by reading the book but it can help us in our writing.

Besides, we also can use our time to go out with your family. Usually, we ca spent time together to go for a vacation. On the weekdays, everybody will be busy with their works, school and so on. So, weekend is the only time for a family to spent time together. Maybe we can go to the beach and do some barbeque. Oh, that must be the most exciting activity to do with our family because we can see each other after busy doing our work. From a vacation, we can rest our mind from works, share everything that has happened on that week and it is for sure can make our family relationship becoe stronger.

In conclusion, we have to use our time to do something that can bring many benefits to us. We have to use our time properly so that our lives become smooth. Everything that we are doing can be settle perfectly on time. So, that is the power of time, if we manage it, we can get the benefits.

Premenstrual syndrome (PMS) is a combination of emotional, physical, psychological, and mood disturbances that occur after a woman's ovulation and typically ending with the onset of her menstrual flow. The most common mood-related symptoms are irritability, depression, crying, oversensitivity, and mood swings with alternating sadness and anger. The most common physical symptoms are fatigue, bloating, breast tenderness (mastalgia), acne, and appetite changes with food cravings.
A more severe form of PMS, known as premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), also known as late luteal phase dysphoric disorder) occurs in a smaller number of women and leads to significant loss of function because of unusually severe symptoms. 

Me, myself also experienced the premenstrual. For the first time, I still remember on september 23 2005, at 2.30 p.m. I screamed like a mad people when I saw blood on my panties. I cried loudly because I thought I was sick. Then I asked my mom what the hell is that?? My mom just laughed at me. Then my mom said that I was period. Then I screamed again because I cant believe it…OMG…waaaaa!!! I asked my sister how to wear the pad, pampers or WHATEVER! My sister just ignored at me…uurrgggghhhh!! Im sick of it..i just wore it in my way. At first, it is a little bit awkward and I felt not so comfortable. One day, at school, I was period on that day, suddenly, my friend told me “what was that at your back?”. OMG….then I rushing to the toilet and I felt ashamed and my face suddenly turns red. My friend just laughed at me. Thank God, that was my girl friend, if the boy saw that, I swear I do not want to get out from the toilet.

PMS is actually a general information. Girl should not feel shy about this issue. It is common situation that must be face by all girls. Everyone should know about this whether girl or boy. For the girls, when we experienced the symptoms of PMS, that is for sure you will period soon. Usually it happens a week before we period. As for me, usually I had a period cramp, headache and I felt so emotional. My regular victim was my family and my friend. Pity them. Everyone has their own PMS. It is depends on their hormone.

So, if we had a period cramp, we should take a nap and get enough rest. If it is really hurt, just take a paracetamol or a panadol and please control your emotion by hearing the music, do some exercise and get enough sleep. You also can consult with a doctor or a counselor to get more detail information..
